To the Demon Capital
A little after, since it was getting close to breakfast time, we all headed to the dining room.
But when we got there there was nothing prepared. Wait, did we get the time wrong?
After a while, Beelzebub came by.
“Hey, breakfast was supposed to be now right?”
Beelzebub glanced around restlessly then stormed off in a huff.

The Problem with Sleeping when Travelling
That night, we went to sleep on magnificent beds.
Since we weren’t split into our own rooms and instead all stayed in one big one, we’d all be sleeping together for once.
However, a tiny problem that only really occurs when travelling came up.
It happened about twenty minutes after we all went to bed. Sharusha started fidgeting restlessly.
“Kaa-san… Sharusha can’t fall asleep in a different bed…”
I see. Sharusha had a pretty sensitive personality so this didn’t come as a surprise.
Alright, I guess I can show off my motherly side.

Food Aboard the Ship
Dinner time rolled around as we took it easy in the room.
Vahnia wheeled in the food on a table with casters.
“Dinner is served. For starters, we have a salad made from twenty different varieties of vegetables!”
The vibrantly colored vegetables were plated into an aesthetic pattern. Rather than eating them, it might be more enjoyable to just look at them.

Crew Member Vahnia
“This girl is a leviathan who is, let’s see, you may think of her as part of the crew of the leviathan we’re currently on. She’s Vahnia.”
The girl called Vahnia splashed out of the bath.
“It’s a pleasure to make your acquaintance. I am the leviathan Vahnia. I might look like a human now, but I take turns with my older sister Fahtra flying and doing maintenance work. It’s my older sister’s turn to fly at the moment.”

Ride the “Ship”
It was finally time for us to head out for the demon territory.
Having said that, we were still lounging in the house in our casual wear. Beelzebub will be coming by to pick us up.
Since the trip was going to take quite a bit of time, the plan was to change into our dresses once we arrived. Though since Rosary was under the effects of the spell, she was already wearing hers.

Putting on the Dress
I had no idea what to do so I consulted Leica and Sharusha. The both of them were pretty knowledgeable about these types of things after all.
“Are there any shops that sells clothing for ghosts?”
“Unfortunately I have no clue…”
“That’s not even something you hear about in stories”

Going to Receive the Demon Race’s Medal of Honor
It was the morning after Harukara’s celebration.
As I was making everyone’s portions for breakfast, Beelzebub walked in from a door that led to the outside for some reason.
“Where were you off to?”
“Merely a walk around the area. As expected of the highlands, the air feels as good as it is refreshing. Especially after a night of drinking, it’s an excellent change of pace.”
She’s so healthy and wholesome that I can’t think of her as a member of the demon race.

A Huge Customer
“No way… Even if this is Harukara we’re talking about… Actually, this is Harukara we’re talking about, so it’s completely possible…”
When there’s talk of trouble it’s always Harukara, and when there’s talk of Harukara it’s always trouble, make no mistake. I can only hope it’s not anything too troublesome…

Preparing for the Feast
Since Harukara’s trial ended with the governor also stepping down it became a popular topic of discussion.
People kept telling me “it must’ve been tough” every time I went to Furata village. Apparently it was the same for Harukara over at Nasukute town. Though that’s only to be expected since it all started from the factory there.

Thank You For Doing Your Duty
The case ended without any more problems. Since Harukara was declared innocent, she was released soon after.
“I, I’m saved… I was so scared…”
Harukara started tearing up when she saw me. She was doing her best all alone this whole time after all. It must have been terrible.
